Committed to increasing British production.
As part of their development plan to significantly increase production for the 2006 UK season in order to meet customer requirements, Well-Pict European has invested in further British production in the form of AH Hiller & Son based in Warwickshire. The new company, Hiller Farms Ltd has already put in additional soft fruit acreage this season and will be expanding their total portfolio of crops considerably for 2006, in addition they will be looking at developing production of new crops such as cherries and raspberries. Russell Duggan has been appointed General Farm Manager; with Dave Thompson and Mark Slade soft fruit manager and top fruit manager respectively, giving support to Russell in their specialist fields.
