Fruitful Ltd was founded as a seasonal labour, we-based introductory agency by AMS in 2001 and has since introduced workers to all employers from all areas of the land-based industry all over the UK. Throughout 2004, Fruitful Ltd was asked on a regular basis to source permanent members of staff in a wide variety of roles and across various sectors. During the last couple of months we have been developing the online services to employers and job seekers and the improved site is only days away from its relaunch.
From early 2005 the Fruitful website, www.fruitfuljobs.com will allow employers to register online and post permanent positions on a jobs' board. Jobseekers will be able to apply online and Fruitful has researched adn invested to ensure that only viable applications reach the advertiser. In addition, registered employers will be able to freely search CV's, which can be posted and updated by jobseekers. These services are free to both parties. Once the employer takes on a permanent candidate introduced to them by Fruitful, there will be a minimal charge of £450 per head, which remainds the same irrespective of the level of the position being filled.
Unlike advertising in trade magazines or on other jobseeker websites Fruitful only charges you a fee if we find you a suitable candidate. Our cost is extremely realistic and reasonable, as opposed to some agencies that charge 15-30% of the prospective salary. Although one of our industry experts is always available to offer advice, whether it is how to produce an appealing advertisement of debate the qualities of a potential employee, you make the important decisions, negotiate packages, terms etc and can offer employees a more attractive salary.

As well as promoting relationships within the industry, Fruitful is building links with colleges and universities in both the UK and abroad to get the best potential employees to post their CV's and search the site for work.
Alongside this extended and improved service, Fruitful will still be jelping employers to source temporary workers. The enhanced site has more information for seasonal employers like visa regulations and the Minimum Wage legislation. We will only pass on CVs that meer your requirements and the final decision is always yours. We request as many details as possible from employers and prospective employees because the more information we have from both parties the easier it is to ensure everyone understands what is expected of them. Unlike the SAWs scheme, we only deal with individuals that already have work permits for the UK; this means we are able to supply you the candidates details at very short notice. The rates for seasonal workers vary depending on the position and the length of time requires.
