Max MacGillivray says "The fresh sector is the fastest growing category at retailer level, so the growth oppoprtunities for the likes of AMS and companies aligned to it are great. But they will need highi calibre individuals to take that growth on. Those individuals are very hard to source but we are confident that we can add value to various concerns by using our marketing and IT systems to find the best individuals."
