Working with soft fruit, a sound knowledge of Quality Systems and retailers specifications would be a distinct advantage, however a willingness to learn and work within a team environment is equally desirable.

Administrator Job  - Well Pict European Ltd

Your job will be to help with the admin for the day-to-day procedures needed to deliver high quality soft fruits every day. You will also cover off some reception work, so you must be confident on the phone.
 
The fresh produce business is seasonal, so you will need to be flexible and understand that some periods will be busier than others. 

You must be happy to work in an office environment, a lot of your time will be spent doing computer work, you will need to be accurate and able to pick up new tasks quickly.

For the right person there is the opportunity to develop aspects of the role and undertake projects to improve the admin procedures.

DUTIES

Sales order processing.

Reception work. 

First point of contact on the telephone on all incoming calls. 

Providing customer service. 

Checking invoices

General administration duties

WHAT YOU NEED

The ability to prioritise is essential together with strong administration and organisation skills.

IT literate you will be able to utilise Excel, Word, Email and the Internet.

Strong communication skills are essential, an excellent telephone manner is required along with an understanding approach to customer service. You must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Databases – Excel spreadsheets. Word, Email, Internet.

An enthusiastic approach and an excellent attitude.
